  • The full property address including postcode – if you are emailing please include “complaint” in the subject
  • As much information about the complaint as you feel able to give
  • Are there any particular actions you wish us to take to resolve your complaint? If so, please include them
  • We may need to contact you by phone to discuss the details of your complaint, so it’s important that you tell us the best telephone number and the most convenient time to contact you.
